Today, much of my thinking is focused on what happens when AI becomes part of those systems.

What I work on
My work rarely fits into a single discipline. Growth problems increasingly involve data; data problems often become automation problems; and automation increasingly involves AI. I look at these as connected parts of the customer and business system.

Artificial intelligence
For years, most digital transformation focused on moving information and workflows into software. AI introduces a different possibility: software that can interpret information, reason across context, communicate naturally and participate in decisions.
That raises more interesting questions than simply which AI tool to use.
