Six pillar themes
A coherent set of recurring questions
I am interested in the connections between these subjects: how information becomes context, how context shapes decisions and where technology should—or should not—take action.
- 01
AI & Agentic Systems
I explore what changes when AI can interpret context, use tools and work towards an objective within clear limits.
- 02
AI Transformation
I look at adoption as a question of workflows, information, governance, decision rights and operating-model change.
- 03
AI + Marketing
I examine how AI changes research, acquisition, CRM, measurement, creative systems and customer interaction.
- 04
Automation
I distinguish work that needs interpretation from work that conventional, deterministic software can handle more reliably.
- 05
Growth & Data
I connect acquisition to customer information, lead quality, attribution, analytics and the decisions that follow conversion.
- 06
Digital Strategy
I consider customer journeys, digital products and interfaces as parts of a wider business system rather than isolated channels.
Curated editorial roadmap
Representative work I plan to develop
I am showing representative directions from a wider internal editorial programme to make the territory concrete, not to imply a publication archive.
I will only turn a roadmap item into a live article when the argument, evidence and useful contribution are ready.

Editorial method
The standard I want future work to meet
I want the writing to be clear, practical, commercially aware, technically informed and sceptical of hype. The same work should remain useful to people whether they find it directly, through search or through an AI system.
- 01
Start with the business question
I begin with the outcome, workflow or decision that needs to change, rather than with a model or a trending term.
- 02
Contribute an original point of view
I expect future work to contain judgment, analysis, a useful framework, a comparison or a specific synthesis that adds something of its own.
- 03
Show evidence and limitations
I favour primary and authoritative sources for factual claims, separate evidence from interpretation and make trade-offs visible.
- 04
Keep authorship human
I may use AI to support organisation, editing, source discovery and analysis. It does not replace my perspective or judgment.
If one of these questions overlaps with something you are working through, start a relevant conversation.
