  3. UAE tax and compliance website redesign

Active implementation · Dubai, UAE tax and compliance provider

Making a compliance website easier to understand and act on

I worked on an active Dubai website redesign that kept the regulatory foundation while adding clearer service journeys, lead forms, search intent and a more human commercial layer.

The working context

What I was solving and what I owned.

The problem

The source site behaved like a large knowledge base. It had useful compliance material, but repeated sections and similar cards made it difficult to understand the services or choose a next step.

My contribution

I helped define the commercialization direction, page requirements, search ownership, lead-form context, CRM lifecycle and controls for a multi-page redesign. The work remained an active implementation rather than a confirmed full launch.

I have kept the organisation, product and people private. I also left out exact figures and internal details that could identify the work. The status above tells you how far the implementation actually went.

How I worked through it

The choices behind the implementation.

If you are working on a similar system, these are the decisions I would examine before choosing tools or adding more automation.

  1. 01

    Keep the compliance layer intact

I did not treat regulatory content as clutter. I separated the information needed to evaluate a service from the deeper material needed to support accuracy and trust.

  2. 02

Give every service page visible scope

A service route needed to show who it was for, what inputs were required, what the work produced and what the visitor should do next.

  3. 03

Carry page context into the lead

The form and CRM needed to retain the selected service, urgency and acquisition context so the follow-up team did not start with an empty enquiry.

Expert insights from the work

What I learned and what I'd ask you to consider.

These are the lessons I took from the work. I would use them as questions for your own implementation, not as a universal recipe.

01

Accuracy and conversion are not opposites

You can make a regulated service easier to buy without simplifying away the conditions. Use clear scope and plain language, then link to the deeper evidence where it is needed.

02

Do not create a page for every keyword variation

A Dubai or UAE modifier only earns a route when the service, intent or evidence is genuinely different. Otherwise one strong page should own the topic.

Where the work stands

Finish the service journeys before judging the redesign.

The direction and implementation work were substantial, but the full release was not confirmed. I would judge the result only after the priority service routes, lead handling and production measurement have been tested together.
