  3. UAE legal-tech lead and measurement repair

Implemented with launch dependencies · Dubai, UAE legal-technology project

Connecting a specialist landing page to consent, lead routing and clean measurement

I supported a Dubai legal-technology landing page across CRO, form behavior, consent configuration, lead routing and duplicate-event diagnosis while external launch dependencies remained.

The working context

What I was solving and what I owned.

The problem

The page could look complete while the commercial path remained uncertain. Proof, publishing, form ownership, consent behavior and duplicate conversion events crossed different teams and systems.

My contribution

I worked on the landing-page content and conversion structure, translated tracking requirements, adjusted the required consent behavior and specified the fix for duplicate lead and form-success events. Publishing and some production dependencies remained outside my completed scope.

I have kept the organisation, product and people private. I also left out exact figures and internal details that could identify the work. The status above tells you how far the implementation actually went.

How I worked through it

The choices behind the implementation.

If you are working on a similar system, these are the decisions I would examine before choosing tools or adding more automation.

  1. 01

    Keep launch ownership explicit

I separated the work I could implement from the URLs, approvals and production changes owned elsewhere. That made the remaining launch risk visible.

  2. 02

    Choose one successful-submission signal

The page and tag manager were both capable of reporting the lead. I traced the duplicate path and kept one confirmed success event as the measurement source.

  3. 03

    Test consent by domain behavior

The main site and campaign subdomain did not load the same consent tooling. I treated them as separate runtime cases rather than assuming one configuration behaved identically everywhere.

Expert insights from the work

What I learned and what I'd ask you to consider.

These are the lessons I took from the work. I would use them as questions for your own implementation, not as a universal recipe.

01

One form submission needs one business event

A browser event, CRM record and analytics event can be separate technical actions while still representing one lead. Give them a shared definition and test them together.

02

A landing page has operational dependencies

Before calling a page launched, confirm who publishes it, where the form goes, how consent behaves and which event proves success.

What remained outside the implementation

Production ownership and final launch evidence still mattered.

The CRO and measurement work solved defined parts of the journey, but I would not present the wider campaign as fully launched without the remaining approvals, routing confirmation and production tests.
